Repeat Prescriptions 

You can fax, post, drop your prescriptions off in person or follow the link on this page to the online form.

Prescription requesting:-The number of hours from requesting a prescription to availability for collection at the surgery by the patient is 48 working hours, for collection from your nominated chemist it is 5 working days

• Prescription brought into surgery on Monday - will be ready for collection from the surgery on Wednesday after 1.00pm. From your nominated chemist it will be Friday after 1pm.
• Prescriptions faxed to surgery on Thursday - will be ready for collection from the surgery on Monday after 1.00pm. From your nominated chemist it will be Wednesday after 1pm
• Prescriptions posted through surgery letter box at the weekend - will be ready for collection from the surgery on Wednesday after 1.00pm. From your nominated chemist it will be Friday after 1pm

Please note that repeat prescriptions will not be taken over the phone to avoid any errors.

PLEASE NOTE ORDERING PRESCRIPTIONS ON LINE IS ONLY FOR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS AND NOT ACUTE PRESCRIPTIONS OR PRESCRIPTION QUERIES If you have lost your repeat script please write your name, date of birth and contact telephone number on a piece of paper along with the medication you want to request.
