Disabled Access & Facilities
The practice is a part one story/two storey building, patients toilets can be found on both floors. There is a disabled access toilet on the ground floor, all toilets have distress alarm call facilities.
There is an induction loop facilities at the front reception desk please ask staff for assistance.
There is car parking space with facilities for disabled parking, access to the building is via an automatic electric door which faces the road.
There are baby changing facilities in the toilet on the ground floor if you require a room for baby feeding please ask at reception
Parking
We have a very limited number of parking spaces, which are restricted for use by staff and the short-term use of the disabled and those whose illness prevents them from walking far.
Please park responsibly.
Making a Complaint
Complaints can be submitted in writing by post or sent by email for the attention of the complaints manager to notificationsk83622@nhs.net
If you would prefer to submit the complaint verbally, please telephone the surgery and ask to speak with the complaints manager.
Please submit the complaint as soon as possible - ideally within a matter of a few days. This will enable us to establish what happened more easily. If doing that is not possible your complaint should be submitted within 12 months of the incident that caused the problem; or within 12 months of discovering that you have a problem.
